Recent builds

Three builds, and what each one changed.

No client is named here without permission, so you get the state and the numbers instead. Every figure below is real and current.

01 / The follow-up system

The estimates were written. Nobody was chasing them.

The problem

An Arizona roofing company was writing more estimates than ever and closing fewer of them. Chasing lived in people's heads, and heads get busy in storm season. Quotes went out, went quiet, and became somebody else's roof.

What we built

We built the follow-up system inside the CRM the company already ran. Every estimate that goes quiet gets chased automatically, in the company's own voice, on a schedule a human approved. Nothing new to learn, no new logins, no new app.

What changed

The first scan found $528K in open quotes that had never been followed up once. They are being worked now, by software, every day, without anyone having to remember.

02 / The receivables chaser

The work was done. The money hadn't shown up.

The problem

Finished jobs, sent invoices, and a receivables list that only got attention when cash felt tight. Chasing money is the task everyone hates most, so it always lost to whatever else the day brought.

What we built

A watcher that reads the receivables list every day, flags what is going stale, and keeps polite, persistent reminders moving until the money lands. A real person steps in the moment a payment turns into a conversation.

What changed

$1.3M in stuck receivables is being worked right now, on a cadence no office manager could keep by hand.

03 / The scoreboard

Monday's numbers used to take half a day. Now they take zero.

The problem

The same roofer's weekly numbers lived in five different systems, and getting one honest picture meant somebody spent half a day copying figures into a spreadsheet. By the time it was done, it was already old.

What we built

One scoreboard that pulls from all five systems and is up to date every morning: sales, cash, jobs, all on one page anyone can open. Nobody compiles anything.

What changed

The owner opens one page and knows how the business is doing. The half-day of copying is gone, and the numbers stopped being a week old.

Own the software your business runs on.

Thirty minutes, free. You talk through how your business runs and where the week goes. We tell you what we would build first and what it would change. You get that whether you hire us or not.

The 30-Day Build starts at $3,000. Money back if we miss the number we agree on.
