01 / Integrations

Built inside the software you already pay for. Here is what connects, and what gets checked first.

Two labels. Established means a documented API, webhooks, or a maintained connector Surge has used or the vendor documents plainly. Validate first means the connection depends on your plan, your installation, or a vendor partner program, and Surge confirms it on the Roadmap call before quoting.

02 / Automation platforms

Where most workflows actually run. Surge builds in the platform the client already pays for when it can do the job, and adds one only when it cannot.

  • GoHighLevelEstablished

CRM, texting, calendars, forms, and workflows in one place. Surge runs its own pipeline on it.

  • ZapierEstablished

The widest connector library. Good for simple, low-volume links between two tools.

  • MakeEstablished

Branching, multi-step scenarios at lower per-run cost than Zapier.

  • n8nEstablished

Self-hostable, code-friendly workflows where data residency or cost per run matters.

03 / CRM and sales

The system of record for leads, estimates, and customers. Surge writes into it rather than replacing it.

  • HubSpotEstablished

Contacts, deals, and sequences through a public API and every major connector.

  • SalesforceValidate first

API access is included on Enterprise and above; Professional edition needs the API add-on. Confirmed on the call before quoting.

  • JobNimbusEstablished

Roofing and contractor CRM with an open REST API and two native webhooks. Surge has built lead intake, scheduling texts, and follow-up automations inside it.

04 / Home services software

Field service platforms carry jobs, schedules, and invoices. API access varies by vendor and plan, and is confirmed before any quote.

  • ServiceTitanValidate first

Developer program approval and a tenant-level integration setting are required. Confirmed before any quote.

  • JobberEstablished

GraphQL API and developer center. Good coverage of clients, quotes, jobs, and invoices.

  • Housecall ProValidate first

API access is available on the MAX plan only, per Housecall Pro's help center. Confirmed against the client's subscription first.

  • FieldRoutesValidate first

Pest control platform with a customer-facing API keyed per office. Documentation access and webhook behavior are confirmed per account before scoping.

05 / Dental and healthcare

Practice management systems differ sharply in what they expose. Some installations have no usable API, and anything touching patient data is scoped with the right agreements and controls first.

  • DentrixValidate first

Access runs through the Henry Schein One developer program, which carries an application, an agreement, and a one-time fee. Server-based installs are on-premises. Validated before any scoping.

  • EaglesoftValidate first

Local, on-premises API available to authorized vendors through Patterson's program. Many offices have no usable integration path without it. Validated first.

  • Open DentalValidate first

The one dental system with a documented, self-serve API. The practice enables permissions per location and a monthly API fee applies. Still validated per practice for version and hosting.

  • WeaveValidate first

Patient communication platform whose integrations run through an invite-only partner program. No self-serve API; confirmed per practice.

06 / Communication

Text, email, calendar, and team chat: the channels a workflow speaks through.

  • TwilioEstablished

SMS and voice. Business texting requires carrier registration, which Surge handles as part of the build.

  • GmailEstablished

Read, label, draft, and send through Google Workspace with the client's own account.

  • OutlookEstablished

Microsoft 365 mail and calendar through Microsoft Graph.

  • SlackEstablished

Alerts, digests, and approval prompts where the team already talks.

  • Business SMSEstablished

Sent through GoHighLevel or Twilio from a registered business number.

  • CalendlyEstablished

Booking links and webhooks (webhooks require a paid Calendly plan). Surge's own booking runs on it.

  • Google CalendarEstablished

    Appointments, reminders, and availability checks.

07 / Finance

Invoicing and payments. Workflows read status and draft reminders; they do not move money on their own.

  • QuickBooks OnlineEstablished

Invoices, payments, and customers. Read-heavy workflows; writes are approval-gated.

  • StripeEstablished

Payment status and failed-payment events. Nothing charges a card on its own.

  • SquareEstablished

    Invoices, payments, and customer records.

  • FreshBooksEstablished

Invoicing and time tracking for service firms.

08 / Content and data

Where the spreadsheets, notes, and published content live.

  • Google SheetsEstablished

The spreadsheet a business already runs on, read and written safely.

  • AirtableEstablished

Structured records with an API and every connector.

  • NotionEstablished

    Documentation, SOPs, and lightweight databases.

  • WordPressEstablished

Publishing pages and posts through the REST API.

  • Social scheduling toolsValidate first

GoHighLevel Social Planner, Buffer, or similar. Platform publishing rules and app approvals are confirmed per channel.

  • Google Business ProfileValidate first

Posts, reviews, and insights. API access requires a Google access application and a profile at least 60 days old; the profile itself is the client's.

Do not see your tool?

If it offers a usable API, a webhook, a Zapier or Make connection, or a supported export, there is usually a way to connect it. Usually is the honest word: some tools lock their data behind partner programs or plan tiers. Bring your current stack to the Free AI Revenue Roadmap call and we confirm what is possible before anything is quoted.

09 / Questions
What does stack validation required mean?

That the connection depends on something specific to your installation: your plan level, a vendor partner program, an on-premises server, or a compliance path. Surge confirms it on the Roadmap call before quoting, and says plainly if the answer is not yet.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Every automation platform seat, texting number, and API key is created in your name and paid by you, so nothing depends on Surge to keep running.

Not sure which of these applies to you?

The Free AI Revenue Roadmap is a 30-minute call and a one-page document naming your three highest-value opportunities. You keep it either way.
