Your business should not depend on you for everything.
Every lead, estimate, follow-up, payment, and question still runs through a few people. As the company grows, the office becomes the bottleneck. I build the systems that give you visibility, take repetitive work off the team, and keep the business moving without everything coming back to you.

Works inside the software you already have
Busy every day, and the number at the bottom is not moving.
The phone
Nobody can get to the phone when the crew is on a roof.
Whoever calls the homeowner back first gets the job. Most of the time nobody even knows the call came in.
The follow-up
You can close jobs all day. It is what happens after that costs you.
The quote goes out, nothing touches it again, and it slips in with the other forty.
The numbers
You cannot see where the money went until somebody builds a spreadsheet.
Built Monday, stale by Tuesday. The decisions that needed it waited a week.
The owner
Everything over a few hundred dollars still comes to you.
Pricing, exceptions, the angry homeowner. Every manager you hire ends up handing the job back.
All four land on your office. Growth breaks the office long before it breaks the numbers, and by the time revenue shows it you have been living it for a year. Your people are not slow, they are outnumbered. That is a systems problem, and systems are fixable.

Where the day actually happens
While this is happening, the phone is ringing and the estimate from Tuesday is going cold.
$528,000 in quotes nobody had followed up on.
Found inside an Arizona roofing company, mid-season. Forty-four were more than 45 days old. The follow-up lived in somebody’s head, and heads get busy in July.
Now every lead gets answered before it goes cold and every open quote gets chased until it books or dies. The owner stopped waiting on a spreadsheet to see his own company, and the follow-up held through the busiest month of the year without him checking on it.
From first call to running system.
Step 01
Leak Check
Thirty minutes, free. You tell me where the week goes and what keeps coming back to you. I tell you what I would fix first.
Step 02
Leak Audit
$999, credited in full against any build. Your numbers, the math shown, a fixed quote at the end.
Step 03
Build
Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly updates. Tested on your real jobs before a homeowner sees it.
Step 04
I keep running it
I own it in production and fix it when a vendor changes something. This is the part that usually gets skipped.

Before I built this for owners, I built it to get myself out.
I’m Austin Brooks. Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. Married with 2 young kids.
I built systems to get myself out of 70-hour weeks. Then a friend who owns a roofing company turned out to be living the same week, so I built systems for him instead of handing him advice. That is why Surge exists. To give owners better systems that allow them to spend more time with family and doing what they love.
- Pest control
- Started on the phones, then ran the inside sales team. Our best closer still lost jobs to whoever called the customer back first. That is an office problem, not a sales problem.
- B2B software
- Three and a half years in software, building the tools and training a 410-person sales team ran on. Most people problems turned out to be a process nobody wrote down.
- Roofing
- Built the follow-up and reporting an Arizona roofer runs on today. It held through a storm season.
Advice you have to implement yourself is just homework.
You know the price before I start
Quoted up front. If it takes me twice as long as I thought, that is my problem, not your invoice.
Nothing to migrate, nothing new to learn
I build inside JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, whatever you already run. No new logins, no training day.
Nothing goes out under your name without your sign-off
Nothing goes live until you have read it and told me yes. Your name in that town took years. I am not risking it.
You get me, not an account manager
I do the calls, the build, and the repairs myself. Every system I sell runs my own company first, so when one breaks I usually know before you do.
Answers before you book.
What does it cost, and how much am I committing to?
Engagements typically start at $3,000, and most projects land between $5,000 and $20,000. Fixed price, quoted before I start, plus a monthly fee to keep it running. You do not commit to any of it up front: the call is free, the audit is $999 and credits against a build, and you can stop after any step.
Does my office have to learn something new?
No. No new logins, no dashboard to maintain, no training day. The work just stops landing on their desk.
How long does a build take?
Two to four weeks from the audit. Weekly updates, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
What happens when something breaks?
It will. A vendor changes something, a form stops posting. That is what the monthly fee covers, and it is my problem to fix, not your office manager's.
Is my data safe?
It stays in your accounts, under your logins. Least access that does the job, cut it off any time, and nothing you own trains anything.

Thirty minutes with me, free. No deck, no pitch. You walk me through where the week goes and what keeps coming back to you, and I tell you what I would fix first and why. You get that whether you hire me or not.
Engagements typically start at $3,000. Most projects range from $5,000 to $20,000.
