01 / AI ENABLEMENT

Your team runs the AI. Not the other way around.

A course and live curriculum that trains home service owners and office staff to run the systems that give them their week back. Zero technical background required.

  • Taught by the operator who ran enablement for 410 reps
  • Built for owners and office staff
  • Founding cohort capped at 30 seats
02 / WHERE YOU ARE

You've got ChatGPT open in a tab somewhere.

You've asked it to write an email. And your week looks exactly like it did a year ago.

There is a gap between dabbling with a chat window and running your business on these systems. Dabbling saves you a few minutes on a task here and there. Running on it means the follow-ups, the reports, and the chasing happen without anyone on your team touching them.

Nobody ever showed you how to cross that gap. That is the whole job of this course.

03 / THE GAP

There are two kinds of home service companies now.

The ones that run on these systems, and the ones still thinking about it. The first kind books faster, answers faster, and gives its people their evenings back. The second kind keeps typing the same customer into a third system at 7pm.

The distance between the two is not talent or budget. It is whether the team knows how to run the system. That distance compounds every month, because the companies already running on it keep getting further ahead while everyone else keeps meaning to start.

04 / WHAT IT IS

Self-paced modules plus live sessions with me.

You work through the modules at your own pace, then we meet live so I can answer your questions against your actual business, not a hypothetical one.

Every lesson is built on what I install for clients: the real workflows, the real approval gates, the real weekly rhythm. Not theory, not a survey of tools. The exact playbook I use inside home service businesses, taught so your team can run it without me in the room.

05 / THE CURRICULUM

Eight modules, from finding the leaks to building your own tools.

01

See the leaks

Find where your team's week actually goes and pick the first thing AI should take.

02

AI foundations for operators

What these tools actually are, in plain trade language.

03

Your business, organized for AI

Getting your CRM, docs, and numbers into shape so AI has something to work with.

04

Your first workflow, live

Build one automation end to end and watch it run.

05

Deploying AI employees

Picking roles, setting approval gates, keeping the human in charge.

06

Claude Code as your operator

Delegate real multi-step tasks to an agent and review the work like a manager.

07

Vibe-coding your first tool

Describe the tool your office needs in plain English and ship it yourself.

08

The operating rhythm

The weekly cadence that keeps hours coming back and the system growing.

06 / WHO IT'S FOR

For the two people who run the office.

FOR THE OWNER

You want the leverage without becoming the IT department.

You do not need to write a line of anything. You need to know what these systems can take off your plate, how to point them at the right work, and how to keep your hand on the wheel. This gives you the judgment to run the system and the confidence to keep extending it.

FOR OFFICE STAFF

You run the day. This makes the day run lighter.

The estimates, the follow-ups, the reports, the chasing: you feel every hour of it. You learn to hand the repetitive pieces to a workflow you built and trust, so your time goes to the customers and the calls that actually need a person.

07 / WHO TEACHES IT

Taught by the person who does the work.

I was one of the top sales reps out of 52 at a five-billion-dollar fintech, and most of my day was not selling. It was admin work scattered across five tools.

The company made fixing that my job: sales enablement for 410 reps, building the systems and AI employees that gave people their time back.

In November 2025 my three-year-old son Maverick was diagnosed with cancer, and that decided what the work was for: getting owners and their people their hours back.

Now I build these systems inside home service businesses, and this course is how I hand your team the keys to run them.

08 / THE FOUNDING COHORT

One cohort. Thirty seats. Real cap.

FOUNDING COHORT
$997per seat

Capped at 30 seats. When they are gone, the founding cohort is closed. The cap is the whole scarcity: no countdown, no fake deadline, no crossed-out price.

  • All eight self-paced modules
  • Live sessions with Austin against your own business
  • Founding-cohort pricing, locked for this group only
09 / QUESTIONS

The five things owners ask first.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The whole course is built for owners and office staff with zero technical background. Everything is taught in plain trade language, with your own business as the example.

What software does this work with?

The tools you already run. ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, your CRM, your inbox. The point is getting AI to work inside your systems, not making you switch to new ones.

How much time per week?

A few hours: self-paced modules you take at your own speed, plus the live sessions with me. It is built to fit around running an actual business, not to become a second job.

When does the cohort start?

The founding cohort kicks off once seats are filled, and it is capped at 30. Join the founding cohort and I will confirm the start date and get you set up before we begin.

What happens after the course?

You leave with workflows you built, an agent you can hand real tasks to, a tool you shipped yourself, and the judgment to build more. The operating rhythm module hands you the weekly cadence that keeps the system growing after the live sessions end.

The founding cohort is the first and cheapest this course will ever be. Join it, and your team learns to run the systems that give you your week back.
